At Belinclay, we want you to be fully satisfied with our services.

Return Policy

You may return your jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Please note that items marked as final sale are not refundable.

If you notice an issue with your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at belinclay@gmail.com, including a photo of the item concerned. Proof of purchase will also be required. After this timeframe, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and items must be returned in their original condition, carefully packaged.

Any item returned without prior request and confirmation will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping your package.

The refund will be issued within 15 days after we receive the return, provided that all conditions listed in the return procedure are met.

Exchanges

No exchanges are possible, as each piece is created in limited quantities. The fastest way to obtain a new item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.

Loss or Damage

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier chosen by the customer.
