Shipping policy

At Belinclay, each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted in our Montreal studio, then shipped with the same attention so it reaches you safely.

Here is our detailed policy:

Shipping zones

We currently ship our creations primarily to Canada, France, and the United States. We can also ship internationally.
To ensure safe delivery, we work with Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and Purolator. Shipping fees may apply depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Receiving fashion jewelry purchased from outside the European Union is:

  • Not subject to customs duties if the listed price (excluding additional fees) is €150 or less.

  • Subject to 20% VAT on the product price plus any additional fees.

Processing time

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare your jewelry with the utmost care. Processing time is generally 1 to 7 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing time may vary depending on the shipping option selected. For personalized orders, processing will take longer due to production time.

Delivery times and any potential delays depend on the carrier and are not under our responsibility.

Shipping options

We offer several delivery options with Canada Post, UPS, DHL, or Purolator to provide flexibility and reliability. At checkout, simply choose the option that best suits your needs and destination.

Shipping fees

Shipping is free in Canada, France, and the United States on orders of $60 or more (before taxes and any applicable fees).

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package all the way to delivery.
